Frist for registrering av påmelding, forhåndsstemmer og fullmakter er 21. mars 2025 kl. 16:00. Merk at påmelding for deltakelse også må meddeles separat per e-post til hbe@wr.no.
Aksjeeiere oppfordres til å delta på møtet ved å avgi forhåndsstemmer eller ved å gi fullmakt til styreleder med stemmeinstruks. Se mer informasjon i innkallingen nedenfor.

Notice of extraordinary general meeting of Deep Value Driller AS
Deep Value Driller AS hereby calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on Tuesday, 25 March 2025 at 13:00 CET via Microsoft Teams.
Deadline for registration of attendance, advance votes and proxies is 21 March 2025 at 16:00 CET. Note that registration of attendance must also be sent separately by e-mail to hbe@wr.no.
Shareholders are encouraged to attend the general meeting by casting their votes in advance or by granting a proxy to the chair of the board with voting instructions. See further details in the notice below.
